Side effects of not attending nature's call

Lord Atreya mentions about the ill effects of not attending to the nature's call...


A wise man should never try to stop urine, latrine, semen, fart, puke, sneezing, bulging, hunger, tears and sleep. One must breathe heavily after running fast and not try to cool down, but breathe faster.

urine-
by stopping it one gets effected from bladder infections, pain and headache. It disturbs the normal urine flow.

Latrine
Pain in the stomach, headache, constipation and bloating

semen
by stopping it one suffers from pain in the testicles. It also effects the urine flow.

fart
by stopping it one suffers from bloating, lazyness, abdominal pain.


Puke
itching, scarring on the skin, fever and jandice may occur.

sneeze
headache, and senses weaknesses

burp
amnorhhea, heavyness in the chest

yawn
by stopping it.. tightens the body, and causes chills

hunger
weakness, discolor of skin, pain in the body parts, and a person might faint.


Thirst- deafness, dryness of the throat,

tears
stopping tears leads to cough and cold, eyes disorders, faintness, and other such symptoms appear.

sleep
- too much yawning
- body ache
- lethargy
- head ailments
- red eyes

Stopping breathlessness
it leads to heart problems and might even lead to unconsciousness.
