Proper way of treating addiction
A wise man should gradually bring changes in lifestyle and diet.
One must try to stop eating the food which is not beneficial for the body.
The best way to stop eating any food that you are addicted to is by decrease its quantity gradually.
This way it would be easier to leave it without any withdrawal symptoms.
- One must reduce the quantity of upto 1/16th part of the food. Gradually move towards lesser quantity for every three days.
- After three days reduce the quantity upto 1/12th part.
- For example if someone drinks too much of alcohol one must drink only 75% of the the current capacity. This will make it easy for the body to accept the change.
- If you sleep too much then you must gradually reduce the sleeping time. Start by not sleeping during the day time, especially in winters.
if you leave an addiction according to a structured quantity reduction plan there are no side effects.
If you suddenly stop eating something that you body is addicted you might suffer from ailments and side effects.
