51 - Food quality and quantity

Food quality

Shookdhanya and shami dhanya food is best when they are one year old.

If they are older than one year they will be dry and light. Newly grown will be heavy.

The food or the crop that grows quickly is light (easily digestable)in compared to the crop which takes time to grow.

Pulses if properly cooked can be easily digested by the body.

If an animal is dead, weak, old, killed by lion or snake bite/poison. You must not eat that animal's meat.

Shorba of meat/ soup. Provides all metals in the body. It is good for heart. It helps in recovering from diseases. It increases energy semen and color of the skin. People who are weak it is good for them to consume it.

For different kind of ailments, properly cooked shorba pacify those diseases. It is good for everything whether is mind, senses, intellect it increases their age.

People who work hard, engage into sexual activity. Who drink alcohol if they drink alcohol must eat meat and they will stay healthy.

The vegtables which is infected by insects. Or which is spoiled by sun or air or dry or very cold. You must not eat it then.

You must boil it in ghee or oil. You must boil it in water and then add oil.

Unripe Fruits, which have insects or spoiled by air or sun, dry or old, not a seasonal fruit then you must not eat it.

The same guidelines apply for roots. They are not boiled with ghee or oil though.
